About Us
Michael (“Mike”) Wiley and Alex Munsell joined together to form Wiley Munsell Contracting in spring of 2023. Mike brought decades of elite building and renovation experience to the table, which complimented Alex’s background in digital marketing and entrepreneurship perfectly.
Both Mike and Alex live with their families in Buckfield and Turner, Maine. Their vision for Wiley Munsell Contracting is to provide beautiful, functional homes for their neighbors throughout southern and central Maine, while focusing on quality over quantity.
Projects can be as basic as single-service projects such as roof or siding replacement, or be as extensive as building a new home from the ground up.
In addition to building and renovating services, Wiley Munsell Contracting also offers property maintenance, acting as the boots on the ground for investors and landlords throughout Maine.
Together, Mike and Alex operate Wiley Munsell Contracting with the cohesion and complimentary skillsets required to give clients the best finished product possible.
